Covid 19 Advice
On 22nd February 2021 the Government published the Covid 19 response - Spring 2021 roadmap which sets out the strategy for the easing of restrictions and provisional dates identified for certain activities. The Parish Council has undertaken risk assessments for all its activities and facilities and these are available to view below. These are in line with current guidance.
The Goldsmith Centre will remain open for a limited number of hirers who have been individually contacted. The Parish Council office is closed to the public. Please contact the Parish Council via email or telephone during this time. We are taking provisional bookings however it is subject to the guidance enabling the centre to be open and the activity to take place.
The play areas at Anchorage Park, Goldsmith Centre and New Lane remain open together with the skate park at Anchorage Park. The outdoor gym can now reopen.
The playing pitches at Newlands Park, Goldsmith Centre and Anchorage Park are open for organised sports in line with current guidance.
All hirers should contact the Parish Council to discuss individual requirements.
All assessments will be kept under review in line with official guidance published.
We urge all users of our outdoor facilities to adhere to the current guidance and report any instances of breaching the guidance to South Yorkshire Police through their dedicated web page.
