Agendas & Minutes

The Parish Council meet on the third Thursday of each month with the exception of August. They usually meet at 7pm. The location of the meeting is June to December at the Goldsmith Centre, Sprotbrough Road, Sprotbrough, DN5 8BP and January to May at Scawsby Community Centre, Barnsley Road, Scawsby, DN5 8QQ.

The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council takes place in May each year and the Annual meeting of electors takes place in April each year before the Parish Council meeting.

The Agendas are published one week before the meeting and draft minutes of each meeting published as soon as practicable after each meeting. Details of how to access virtual meetings can be found at the top of the published agenda for the meeting.

All of our documents are stored in our document management system (DMS) where you can also view our agendas and minutes. You can set the filter to select documents of interest.
